Pallavi Gowda, President
Dr. Gowda, a board-certified physician who founded Rotacare Maryland in 2020 to provide underserved communities with essential healthcare services while addressing social determinants of health. As an immigrant herself and a US Army veteran, she is dedicated to giving back to her community. Her commitment to wellness and service has earned her the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for her impactful contributions to Rotacare Maryland and Rotary International.
Said Pacha Lattoon, Director
Mr. Lattoon has over 20 years of experience in humanitarian work and program management. He holds a Political Science and Public Administration degree from the American University in Afghanistan and an MSc in International Humanitarian Affairs from York University, UK. Pacha’s expertise includes community mobilization, conflict resolution, and program management, having worked with USAID, Aastha Adult Medical Day Care, and the American Institutes for Research.
